Ingredients

1 cup loosely packed mint

3 tbsp granulated sugar

1 2/3 cups strawberries

1 cup blueberries
>
1 cup raspberries
>
3/4 cup pomegranate seeds
>
2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar

Remove the leaves from the mint. With mortar and pestle, grind half the mint leaves with the sugar till well blended.

Trim and halve strawberries.

In a large bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, pomegranate seeds, and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with the mint sugar and toss gently.

Garnish with the remaining mint leaves and serve.
