Ingredients

4 cups broccoli florets

1/2 (10 oz) pkg shredded carrots

1/4 cup sweet Thai chili sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

Heat a large pot of water to a boil on high. Season with salt. Add the broccoli and cook 4 min.

Add the carrots to the same pot and cook 2 min., until broccoli and carrots are tender. Drain well.

Toss with the chili sauce and soy sauce.
Tips
To make this ahead, cook the vegetables through STEP 1 and let cool completely, then refrigerate. When ready to serve, combine broccoli with carrots and microwave 2 min., until heated through, before proceeding with STEP 3.
