Ingredients

1 tbsp tandoori paste

1/2 cup sour cream

2 chicken breasts, diced

1 tbsp + 1 tsp corn oil

8 flatbread wraps

1/4 cup tzatziki
>
2 cups white rice, cooked
>
Cilantro for garnish (optional)

Mix tandoori paste and sour cream until combined, then add chicken, and mix until evenly coated. Cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan, add marinated chicken, and cook over medium heat until chicken is fully cooked and marinade starts to blacken slightly.

Heat remaining oil in a clean pan, and cook each wrap over medium heat until lightly browned (1 minute).

Assemble your wraps! Add tzatziki, then top with rice, chicken, and cilantro.
