1/2 (9 oz) bag blue corn tortilla chips

1 cup shredded white Cheddar cheese

1 cup Taste of Inspirations® Texas Caviar Salsa

1/4 cup sliced jarred jalapenos
>
1/2 cup sour cream
>
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
Steps

Preheat oven to high broil and set the rack 8 inches from the top. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Spread tortilla chips out into a single layer on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with half the cheese, then pour half the Taste of Inspirations® Salsa on top. Repeat in one more layer. Top with jalapenos.

Place baking pan in the oven. Broil for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Place dollops of sour cream over top of the nachos and sprinkle with cilantro leaves.
