Tex-Mex Green Salsa

Mild chilies and pickled peppers join forces for this condiment. To decrease the spice factor, swap out jalapeños for banana peppers.

> 1/2 cup green onions
> 2 (4.5 oz) cans mild green chilies
> 1 cup cilantro leaves
> 1/4 cup mild pickled jalapeno slices
> 2 cloves garlic
> 1/4 cup lime juice


Chop the green onions and add to a food processor with chilies, cilantro, jalapeñoes, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pulse until finely chopped.
Add lime juice and ¼ cup water, and pulse until smooth.
