Ingredients

> 3/4 (8 oz) pkg sharp Cheddar cheese
> Cooking spray
> 1 (9 oz) pkg Nature's Promise ® Restaurant Style Corn Tortilla Chips
> 1 cup store-bought tuna salad
> 2 plum tomatoes
> 1/2 small red onion
> 1/4 cup cilantro
> 1/2 cup jarred salsa
> 2 tbsp finely chopped Mezzetta ® Sliced Tamed ™ Jalapeno Peppers, to garnish (optional)

Steps

1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Using a box grater, grate the cheese. Coat a rimmed baking sheet with the cooking spray. Scatter the tortilla chips on a baking sheet in an even layer. Spoon the tuna salad over chips and sprinkle with cheese.
2
Bake 8–10 min., until cheese is just melted. Meanwhile, finely chop the tomatoes, onion, and cilantro. When cheese is melted, remove nachos from oven. Top with salsa, tomatoes, onion, and cilantro. Garnish with the jalapeños, if desired. Serve immediately.
