1 (11 oz) tube refrigerated pizza crust

1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 lb thinly sliced smoked turkey

1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Preheat oven to 400°F. Unroll the pizza dough onto a large parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle Cheddar over the dough, leaving a ½-inch rim. Top with the turkey, then the spinach.

Starting along longest edge, roll dough up tightly, jelly-roll style, into a log. Place seam-side down on lined baking sheet. Cut slits along top of log, spacing about 2 inches apart.

Bake 20 min., until golden brown. Cut into 6 pieces and serve with barbecue sauce.
