> 1 tbsp minced garlic
> 3 tbsp vegan butter
> 4 tbsp agave
> 1/4 tsp salt
> 1/2 tsp black pepper
> 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
> 1 tbsp soy sauce
> 1/2 green pepper or more to taste
> 1 package Sweet Earth Mindful Chik'n
> chopped green onion for garnish
> 1 - 2 tbsp olive oil
In a cast iron pan over medium-heat, begin warming the oil. Once warmed, add in the minced garlic and saute until fragrant.
Next, add in the vegan butter and agave. Now increase the temperature to medium high so that it begins to boil.
Stir in one package of the Sweet Earth Mindful Chik'n and coat with the sauce. Now stir in the salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce. Allow the Chik'n to brown on most sides (about 5-7 minutes). Toward the end, add in your diced bell pepper and combine. Let cook for 2-3 minutes and serve with rice or quinoa.
