Ingredients

1 (16 oz) pkg vegetarian sausages

1 small red onion

1 bell pepper
>
1 small zucchini

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder
>
1 (12 oz) pkg naan flatbreads

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
>
1 cup garden vegetable pasta sauce

Preheat oven to 450 F. Cut sausage links into bite sized pieces and thinly slice the red onion, pepper and zucchini.

Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add the sliced vegetables and garlic powder. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until vegetables are tender.

Place naan flatbreads on a baking sheet. Top with sauce, cheese, vegetable mixture and sausage pieces. Bake for 15-20 minutes, rotating the pan once halfway through cooking.
