Ingredients

> ½ red onion
> ½ cup mint
> ½ cup pitted black olives
> 1 (8 oz) pkg feta cheese
> 2 (10 oz) pkgs watermelon chunks

Quarter and slice the onion, and finely chop the mint. Roughly chop the olives and feta.
