Ingredients

½ small red onion

½ cup mint leaves

½ cup pitted black olives

1 (6 oz) pkg feta cheese

1 (1 lb) pkg watermelon chunks

Thinly slice the onion and finely chop the mint. Roughly chop the olives and feta.

Add all ingredients to a large bowl along with the watermelon chunks. Toss gently until combined.
