Ingredients

½ red onion

½ cup mint

½ cup pitted black olives

1 (8 oz) pkg feta cheese

2 (10 oz) pkgs watermelon chunks

Quarter and slice the onion, and finely chop the mint. Roughly chop the olives and feta.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss gently, until combined.
