Watermelon-Ginger Sipper

This summer sipper gets a double dose of spice from nonalcoholic ginger beer and fresh ginger.

> 8 cups watermelon chunks (about 1/2 medium watermelon)
> 1 (3/4 inch) chunk ginger
> 1/4 cup lime juice
> 1/4 cup lemon juice
> 3 tbsp honey
> 1 cup ice cubes
> 1 (12 oz) bottle nonalcoholic ginger beer


Chop watermelon and add to a blender. Peel and thinly slice the ginger and add to blender, along with the lime juice, lemon juice, honey, and ice cubes.
Blend until smooth.
Strain through a fine-mesh strainer and divide among 4 tall glasses. Top off with the ginger beer.


Garnish with a long wedge of watermelon for a fun touch.
