> 4 tsp lime juice
> 5 tbsp plain non-fat plain yogurt
> 1 tbsp light mayonnaise
> 1 tsp honey
> 2 cups fresh cilantro
Put lime juice, yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, 1 tbsp water and cilantro in a blender and purée until smooth and combined. Season with salt (in moderation) and pepper.
Try this on fish, shrimp or chicken tacos.
