1 large orange

1 (1 -inch) piece fresh ginger

4 cups prepared whole-berry cranberry sauce

1 cinnamon stick

With vegetable peeler, peel 4 large strips of zest from orange. Squeeze all the juice from the orange and place into a medium bowl with the zest.

Peel the ginger and finely grate ginger into orange juice. Stir together to combine. Stir into the cranberry sauce, along with the cinnamon stick. Refrigerate 1 day. Before serving, remove the zest strips and cinnamon stick.
