Ingredients

> 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
> 1 tbsp butter, melted
> 3/4 tsp garlic powder, divided
> 4 cups mini pretzels or pretzel sticks
> Cooking spray
> 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
> 1 tbsp mayonnaise
> 2 tbsp blue cheese crumbles

Preheat air fryer to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine the buffalo sauce, butter, and ½ tsp garlic powder. Add the pretzels and toss to coat. Spray air fryer basket with the cooking spray and add pretzels. Cook 5–6 min., until crisp, tossing halfway through cook time.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, blue cheese crumbles, and remaining ¼ tsp garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper. Serve buffalo pretzels with dip.
