Ingredients

1 lb bowtie pasta

2 cups rotisserie chicken shredded

1 large head fresh broccoli (or 1 package frozen broccoli)

1 (24 oz) jar Alfredo sauce
>
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Steps

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Keep pasta water.

In same pan with the pasta water, cook broccoli over low heat, about 2 minutes. Drain.

Combine pasta, chicken, broccoli and, sauce in casserole dish and top with Parmesan.

Bake in oven at 350°F until bubbly, about 15 minutes.
Tips
• Use chopped chicken tenders or boneless chicken wings from the deli in place of rotisserie chicken.
• Add sliced mushrooms, artichokes, and red bell peppers to enrich the vegetable offering and add color to the sauce.
• Visit the bakery for fresh French bread to accompany the meal.
