Ingredients

1 lb broccoli rabe

2 cloves garlic

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Trim broccoli rabe and chop into 1-inch pieces. Add to water. Cook 2–3 min., until stems are tender. Drain and pat dry.

Thinly slice garlic. In a large skillet, heat oil on medium and sauté garlic for 1–2 min., until slightly golden. Add red pepper flakes and sauté 30 sec.

Add broccoli rabe to skillet and cook 10 min., stirring constantly, until very tender.
