1 cup tomato sauce

4 (7-inch) pizza crusts

1 pint cherry tomatoes

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, and cook the mushrooms for 5 min., until tender. Meanwhile, dice the mozzarella into medium-sized cubes.

Spread tomato sauce evenly among the pizza crusts. Top with mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 15 min., until tomatoes have burst and cheese is melted. Top finished pizzas with arugula before serving.
