Tyson® Chicken and California Walnut Couscous

Ingredients

> 2 cups fully cooked couscous
> 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
> 1/2 cup chicken broth
> 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
> 1/2 cup California walnuts
> 1 (2.6 oz) pkg fresh spinach
> 1/2 cup dried cranberries
> 1/2 cup light vinaigrette
> crumbled goat cheese, for garnish

Steps

Prepare couscous according to package directions less 5 minutes of indicated cook time.

Combine couscous, chicken broth, chicken, and cream of chicken soup. Cook over medium heat until warmed through, about 5 minutes.

Serve atop spinach with walnuts, dried cranberries, and goat cheese tossed in light vinaigrette.
