⅓ cup mayonnaise

8 slices multigrain bread

½ cup sundried tomato pesto

3 oz sliced Fontina cheese

4 oz sliced ham

Spread mayonnaise on the bread and turn mayo-sides down. Spread other sides of bread with the sun-dried tomato pesto. Layer the cheese and ham on top of pesto on four of the slices and top with the remaining bread slices, mayo-sides up.

In a hot skillet or grill pan, cook 2 sandwiches on medium for about 8 min., flipping halfway through, or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining 2 sandwiches and serve.
