Ingredients

2 cups Ronzoni® elbows

4 tbsp butter

2 tbsp flour
>
2 tbsp onion, minced

2 cups milk
>
2 cups shredded American cheese
>
1 tsp salt
>
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Steps

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

In a large saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour and onion. Gradually stir in milk and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.

Stir in cheese, salt and pepper until cheese has melted. Stir in cooked pasta.

Pour into a 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake 30 minutes.
