Pumpkin or ghost-shaped cookie cutters

4 slices pumpernickel or Nature's Own® Butterbread

4 slices orange or white cheese, such as Cheddar or American

2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

Using cookie cutters, make a cutout in 2 bread slices. Place 2 slices of cheese each on remaining 2 bread slices. Top each with cut bread slice. Spread both sides of sandwiches with the butter.

Heat a 12-inch skillet on medium. Add sandwiches, cut-sides up, to skillet. Cook 3–4 min., until bread is browned and cheese is melted. Flip and cook 30 sec. more, until cut sides are browned but before cheese begins to ooze out. Serve immediately.
