2 cups rotisserie chicken shredded

1 (12 oz) pkg pre-cut bell peppers

2 (3 oz) pkgs sliced mushrooms

1 (24 oz) jar pasta sauce

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.

In a pan over medium heat, add a splash of oil and sauté the peppers and mushrooms for about 5 minutes.

Add pasta, chicken, and pasta sauce to the pan and warm through, about 5 minutes. Top with grated Parmesan.
Tips
• Use chopped chicken tenders or boneless chicken wings from the deli in place of the rotisserie chicken.
