2 small bunches kale

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350°F. Rinse the kale and tear leaves from tough stems. Pat kale very dry with paper towels.

Tear kale into 2-inch pieces and place in a mixing bowl, along with the oil and garlic powder. Toss to coat thoroughly.

Arrange kale on 2 baking sheets. Season with salt. Bake 10–15 min., until crispy and brown around edges, stirring halfway through.
