Land O’Lakes® Sheet Pan Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese

Now you can eat that cheesy garlic bread you love for dinner in grilled cheese sandwich form. This sheet pan grilled cheese also makes for easy clean-up.

Ingredients

> 1/2 cup Land O Lakes ® Butter with Canola Oil
> 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
> 8 slices bakery sandwich bread
> 8 (3/4 oz) slices Land O Lakes ® Deli American
> 1 cup (4 oz) Land O Lakes ® Co-Jack Cheese Farmstyle Shreds
> 1/4 cup garlic and herb cheese spread

Steps

Heat oven to 450°F.

Combine Butter with Canola Oil and Parmesan cheese in small bowl; set aside.

Spread 1 side of each bread slice evenly with about 1 tablespoon butter mixture.

Place 4 slices bread, buttered-side down, onto 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Top each with 2 slices Deli American and 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar.

Spread unbuttered side of remaining bread slices with 1 tablespoon garlic and herb cheese spread. Place bread on top of cheese, cheese spread-side down.

Bake 5 minutes. Turn sandwiches over; continue baking 5-6 minutes or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
