Ingredients

1 (16 oz) box orecchiette pasta

2 tsp canola oil

1 lb ground lamb
>
1 (0.75 oz) pkg fresh mint

1 tbsp minced garlic
>
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

3/4 tsp ground cumin
>
1/2 (5 oz) pkg baby spinach
>
1/2 (16 oz) bag Nature's Promise® Organic Frozen Peas, thawed

In a large pot of salted water, cook the pasta according to package directions. Reserve ½ cup cooking liquid.

Meanwhile, in a 12-inch skillet, heat the oil on medium-high. Add ground lamb and cook 8 min., until browned, breaking up with back of wooden spoon. Chop mint.

Drain all but 1 tbsp fat from skillet. To skillet, add garlic, red pepper flakes, cumin, spinach, and peas. Stir to combine. Cook 2 min., until spinach and peas are warm. Season with salt and pepper.

Toss cooked pasta with lamb mixture, adding reserved cooking liquid as needed. Garnish with mint.
