Pesto Grilled Shrimp with Tomatoes

Ingredients

> 1 (16 oz) large raw shrimp, thawed
> clove garlic, minced
> 1 tbsp lemon juice
> 2/3 cup Taste of Inspirations® Pesto Sauce, divided
> 3 medium tomatoes

Set grill or large grill pan to medium-high. In a large bowl, toss shrimp with garlic, lemon juice, and ⅓ cup pesto until well coated.

Place shrimp on grill and grill 1 to 2 minutes per side, until cooked through. Thinly slice tomatoes. Serve shrimp with tomatoes, drizzled with remaining ⅓ cup pesto.
