1 (6 oz) pkg Phillips ™ Maryland Style Crab Cakes

8 baby bella mushrooms
>
8 tsp finely shredded cheese of choice, such as Swiss or Italian blend
Steps

Preheat oven to 400º F.

Defrost crab cakes in microwave, according to package directions.

Wash mushrooms and pat dry. Pull or cut stems out.

Cut each crab cake into 4 equal pieces and gently roll each piece into a ball.

Press 1 crab cake piece into each mushroom cap.

Sprinkle 1 tsp. shredded cheese on top of each cap.

Bake 10-15 minutes or until filling reaches a minimum of 165º F and cheese is melted.
