1/4 cup pickled jalapeño slices

1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple

1 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar

1/4 cup cilantro leaves

Drain and chop the pickled jalapeño slices. Drain the crushed pineapple and add to a bowl with jalapeños and rice vinegar.

Chop the cilantro and stir into relish. Season with salt.
