> 1 (32 oz) bag peeled baby-cut carrots
> 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
> 1 tbsp honey
> 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
To a 5- to 6-qt slow cooker bowl, add the carrots.
In a small bowl, stir together the butter and honey. Stir into carrots. Season with salt.
Cover and cook on high 3 hours, until carrots are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to serving platter and garnish with the dill.
