> 2 chipotle in adobo
> 1 lb frozen or fresh cranberries
> 1 cup orange juice
> 1/4 cup brown sugar
> 1 cinnamon stick
Finely chop the chipotles. In a saucepan, combine the chipotles with the remaining ingredients. Heat to a simmer on medium. Cook 15 min., until cranberries have burst, stirring often. Transfer sauce to a serving dish.
