Ingredients

> 1/2 cup Nature's Promise Organic Italian dressing
> 2 tsp chili powder
> 1/2 tsp dried oregano
> 1 lb thin boneless pork chops
> 1 cup fresh corn kernels (from about 2 ears)
> 1 avocado
> 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
> 1 cup Nature's Promise Organic salsa
> 1 lime

Steps

1
In a gallon-size resealable plastic bag, combine the Italian dressing, chili powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the pork chops. Seal bag, pressing out excess air, and shake to coat pork. Let stand 15 min. or refrigerate up to 3 hours, turning bag over halfway through.
2
Meanwhile, place the corn in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave 1 min. Let cool. Peel, pit, and finely chop the avocado. Finely chop the cilantro. In a medium bowl, combine the salsa, corn, avocado, and cilantro.
3
Set grill or heat grill pan to medium-high. Remove pork chops from marinade and blot dry with paper towels. Place on grill and cook 4–5 min. per side, until cooked through.
4
Grate zest from the lime all over pork chops and into corn mixture. Serve corn salsa with pork chops.
