Spicy Plum Salsa

Serve this salsa with grilled pork. If you like it extra spicy, add another tablespoon of sambal oelek.

Ingredients

> 4 red plums
> 3 green onions
> 1 tbsp soy sauce
> 2 tbsp sweet Thai chili sauce
> 1 tbsp sambal oelek

Pit the plums and slice. Slice the green onions. Set all ingredients in a pot with ⅓ cup water and bring to a boil. Reduce and simmer, 7–10 min., or until plums have softened and released juices. Store in a glass jar.
