4 red plums

3 green onions

1 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp sweet Thai chili sauce

1 tbsp sambal oelek

Pit the plums and slice. Slice the green onions. Set all ingredients in a pot with ⅓ cup water and bring to a boil. Reduce and simmer, 7–10 min., or until plums have softened and released juices. Store in a glass jar.
