> 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
> 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
> 2 tbsp instant coffee
> 2 tsp vanilla extract
Put all ingredients in a bowl. Beat mixture with a hand mixer until stiff, about 5 min. Spoon mixture into a large plastic container or loaf pan, and freeze for 8 hours. Scoop into bowls and serve.
