> 1 package Sweet Earth Mindful Chik'n
> 1 tsp canola oil
> 1 medium bell pepper, thinly sliced
> 1 fajita seasoning packet
> 1/4 cup water (adjust per seasoning packet directions)
> 8 flour tortillas (6-inch), warmed
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add Mindful Chik'n and bell peppers; stir fry for 4 minutes.
Add fajita seasoning and water; stir to combine.
Cover with a lid and reduce heat to simmer. Cook an additional 3 minutes to brown, until internal temperature reached 165 degrees.
Spoon into tortillas. Serve with your favorite fajita toppings.
