2 cups Minute® White Rice, uncooked

1 (14 oz) pkg Hillshire® Farm Smoked Sausage

2 green or red bell peppers

1 onion

1 (8 oz) can pineapple chunks, drained

1 cup prepared sweet and sour sauce

Prepare rice according to package directions. Cut sausage into ½-inch slices. Cut peppers into strips. Cut onion into ½-inch pieces.

Heat large non-stick skillet on medium-high for 3 minutes. Add sausage, peppers and onion; cook, stirring constantly 6-7 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

Stir in pineapple and sauce; cook 1-2 minutes or until heated through.

Serve over hot cooked rice.
