1 cup low-fat milk or plant-based milk

1 cup store-bought cold brew coffee (not concentrate)

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt, divided

Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting

In a medium bowl, whisk together the chia seeds, milk, cold brew, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla. Cover and refrigerate overnight, until thickened.

Stir chia pudding to break up any clumps and divide among 4 small jars. Divide yogurt among jars and spread in an even layer. Lightly dust with the cocoa powder and serve.
