Ingredients

4 (4- 5 oz each) hamburger patties

8 (1/4-inch-thick) slices Brie, rind removed

4 hamburger buns, lightly toasted

8 slices cooked bacon
>
3/4 cup loosely packed arugula
>
2 tbsp balsamic glaze

Set grill or grill pan to medium. Season the hamburger patties on both sides with salt and pepper.

Place burgers on grill and cook 4–5 min. per side, or until desired doneness. During last minute of cooking, place 2 Brie slices on each burger and cover to melt.

Place burgers on buns. Top with the bacon and arugula. Drizzle with the balsamic glaze and top with bun tops.
