> 8 slices thick cut bacon, chopped
> 2 bags (20 oz each) waffle fries
> 1 jar (15 oz) salsa con queso dip
> 2 radishes, thinly sliced
> 1 medium avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
> 1 Roma tomato
> 1/4 cup drained pickled jalapeños
> 1/3 cup sour cream
> 2 green onions

Preheat oven to 400°; line rimmed baking pan with nonstick aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. In large skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until crisp, stirring occasionally; transfer to paper towel-lined plate.
Spread fries in single layer on prepared pan and spray with cooking spray; bake 25 minutes or until golden brown and crisp, stirring once. Top fries with queso dip and bacon; bake 10 minutes or until heated through. Makes about 10 cups.
Serve nachos topped with radishes, avocado, tomato and jalapeños; drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle with green onions.
