El Grande Burritos

A favorite Old El Paso™ recipe! Bring on burrito night with some hearty, satisfying El Grande Burritos! Stuffed with taco-seasoned chicken, smooth refried beans, flavorful cilantro-lime rice and gooey Monterey Jack cheese, these tasty burritos turn your average weeknight dinner into a real fiesta in 20 minutes flat.

Ingredients

> 1 (8.8 oz) pouch microwaveable white long grain rice
> 2 tsp lime juice
> 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
> 2 cups shredded or diced cooked chicken
> 4 tsp from 1 (6.25 oz) container Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
> 1 cup from 1 (16 oz) can Old El Paso™ Traditional Refried Beans
> 1 (11 oz) pkg Old El Paso™ Flour Tortillas for Burritos (8 count), heated
> 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz)
> 1 cup salsa

Microwave rice as directed on pouch. In medium bowl, stir together heated rice, lime juice and cilantro. In medium microwavable bowl, stir together chicken and taco seasoning mix. Microwave uncovered on High 45 to 60 seconds or until hot.

Spread about 2 tablespoons refried beans down center of each tortilla. Top each with 3 tablespoons rice, 1/4 cup chicken mixture and 2 tablespoons cheese. Top each with 2 tablespoons salsa. Fold or roll up tortillas.
