In this 6-week series, the renowned chef will walk us through simple recipes your family will love, made with ingredients from your pantry.

Episode 1: How about a delicious chicken cacciatore dinner? It’s traditional Italian comfort food, perfect for a time when we could all use a little comfort. And what we like most is that you can typically find many of the ingredients in your own cabinet already. We’re making it with a side of polenta, but feel free to use what you have – rice, and pasta also work well.

Episode 2: What we love about fried rice is that it’s an easy meal to make with just a few basic ingredients. And, there’s tons of opportunity to improvise based on what you have in the house. It’s also a really easy meal to make with kids. And during this time where we’re all together a bit more, a new tradition you might want to start is bringing your family together to make a meal… instead of always making it for them.

Episode 3: Did someone say healthy breakfast? Check! This week we’re exploring healthy breakfast options. We’re making a kale, broccoli, and cheddar frittata. And pairing with some biscuits, and a delicious smoothie.

Episode 4: I’ll take a steak please! In this episode we’re making a delicious steak with Brussels sprouts and street corn. We’ve all been a bit cooped up, but now is a good time to learn to master the grill, and get the family outside to form a new outdoor dinner tradition.

Episode 5: Comfort food is always good for the soul. In this episode we’re making a St. Louis Ribs and some sweet and sour collard greens to go with them. Barbecue has obviously been around St. Louis for hundreds of years, but for many BBQ lovers and BBQ makers, the secret is in the sauce, so that’s where we’ll start.

Episode 6: This week we’re making a nutritious broccoli quinoa salad with a little bit of a kick. So many people are talking about the quarantine 15. Just because you’re home doesn’t mean you have to abandon healthy eating habits. This salad makes a great, fast, and easy lunch or filling dinner option.
