1 3/4 cups Nature's Promise Organic Low-Sodium Chicken Broth

1 cup long-grain white rice

1 lemon

2 tbsp butter

3 tbsp chopped dill

In a medium pot, heat the broth to a boil on high. Stir in the rice. Cover with lid and reduce heat to low. Cook 20 min., until broth is absorbed. Remove pot from heat and let sit, covered, 5 min.

Meanwhile, grate 2 tsp zest and squeeze 2 tbsp juice from the lemon. When rice is done, stir in the butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, and dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
