Ingredients
>
1/2 (8 oz) pkg sharp Cheddar cheese
>
Small wooden skewers or toothpicks
>
2 cups seedless red grapes
>
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
>
1 bunch celery
>
Candy eyeballs, as needed, to decorate
>
4 clementines
>
1 red apple
>
1 green apple
>
1/2 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread
>
1 (5 oz) bag yogurt-covered raisins
Steps
1
Cut the cheese into bite-size cubes. Add to skewers or toothpicks, alternating with the grapes. Spread the peanut butter in grooves of 3 celery stalks. Cut stuffed celery into 2-inch pieces and top each piece with candy eyeballs, if desired. Peel the clementines and set aside. Cut a few celery stalks into thin 1-inch sticks. Pluck the celery leaves from celery bunch. Place 1 celery stick into each clementine for the stem along with a celery leaf sprig.
2
Core and quarter the apples. Using a paring knife, cut a small slice out of the center of each apple quarter (on the skin side) to create a groove for the “mouth,” taking care not to cut all the way through (snack on the cut-out apples). Using a knife, spread the chocolate-hazelnut spread in the grooves (about 1 tbsp per quarter) and arrange the yogurt-covered raisins in the grooves to resemble teeth. If desired, add candy eyeballs to apples using dabs of chocolate spread to adhere. Add everything to a platter or board and serve.
