Vanilla Chai Latte

You don't need to wait in line or brave acoustic folk just to get a decent chai latte. With this easy 15-minute recipe, you can become your own barista!

Ingredients

> 4 bags chai tea 
> 1 fresh vanilla bean
> 1 cup vanilla almond milk
> 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Divide tea bags among 4 mugs. Use a sharp knife to split the vanilla bean lengthwise, scrape out the beans (reserving the pod for another use), and divide evenly among the mugs.

Fill each mug with boiling water and allow 4 min. to steep. When liquid has cooled slightly, top each with ¼ cup almond milk and garnish with cinnamon.
